The Western Learning Center Kemmerer Outreach
Welcome to the Kemmerer Outreach Learning Center at Western Wyoming Community College. The Learning Center programs prepare people for jobs, further education or training, and personal development. The Learning Center operates with the support of Western Wyoming Community College, Oyster Ridge BOCES, federal grants and public donations.

Adult Basic Education (ABE) and High School Equivalency Certificate (HSEC) preparation and testing
